On completion of your application form ,you and your assigned social worker will work together to complete a Form F assessment. The assessment will help us to identify whether you are suitable to be approved as a foster carer and to agree the types of fostering you will be approved for.
During the assessment you will work with us to help us to understand why you would be a good foster carer and how your current family dynamics and the environment you live in will help to improve the lives of children and young people.
You will need to be available to attend a number of planned meetings in your home or via an online video chat that will provide the opportunity for us to gather and share information. It will give you the opportunity to find out more about fostering and the role you will play in making a diffrence to children and young people's lives.
